Hi, I’m Toni..

A self taught portrait and lifestyle photographer living on the South Coast with my family and a variety of animals.

From as early as I can remember I’ve loved the creative side of life; looking for things that inspire me and I fell in love with photography after my dad let me get my chubby little hands on his camera. I’ve always loved art, whether that was drawing or painting, and it was once my children were born that I knew I needed to focus on a medium that was easy to pick up and put down; photography was my escape and cameras were my new best friends.

I grew up surrounded by photography and spent so many hours flicking through all of my parents’ photo books and fashion magazines. I subscribed to Vogue when I was 16 and have been an avid reader since; loving the way each fashion feature tells a unique story. It’s probably the reason why storytelling is such a big part of who I am as a photographer, whether it’s for a wedding, a family session or equine portraiture.

I love work that takes me outside, it’s where I’m happiest. I’m fascinated by the way landscapes are redefined by the changing weather, light and seasons and it’s why I may use certain locations many times, but they’ll always appear different. I bring an editorial and documentary approach to all of my sessions, which produces an authentic collection of images unique to you. Photography is not just my job, it’s my passion and when I’m not photographing paid sessions, I shoot personal projects.
