AUTUMN EQUINE STORIES
Equine photography across Sussex · September & October 2026
For the horses you love, and the relationship you share.
For the horse you love.
I love photographing horses, but more than that, I love photographing the relationship between a horse and their person.
There is something really special about the bond between horse and rider. The trust, the little moments, the way they look at you, the quiet time together as well as the movement and riding. These are what I love to capture during your session.
I've been around horses since I was a child, and years of riding, caring for and simply spending time with them has given me a good understanding of how different every horse can be. Some are confident and curious, others need a little more time to settle. I never want a session to feel rushed, so we take things at your horse's pace and see what unfolds.
I love natural, honest images and will guide you when needed, but I'm not looking for everything to be perfectly posed. Some of my favourite photographs are the ones that happen in between.
Because one day, you'll look back at these photographs...
..and remember not just what your horse looked like, but how it felt to be together.
Every session is different and we'll plan yours around you and your horse. If you'd like to know a little more about how I work and what can be included in your session, click on the below button!

“The direction and confidence Toni gave left us with the most incredible photos. I had absolutely no clue which one to pick as my favourite.”
Beth & Fizz
“Toni is so patient that you never feel any pressure. She always directs you brilliantly and keeps everything calm but most of all good fun. Her love of animals and understanding of them makes the whole experience really quite special.”
